The 5R disposable cartridge is compatible with multiple machines, not just the Simplicity Master and Zen Machine. It has 5 same-sized pins arranged next to each other at same length. Their depth, however, can be adjusted, since it is a Revo model. These two features allow a greater level of control when determining how much you want to penetrate the skin, and how much pressure to use with each stroke.
The pins are made from stainless steel. They are extremely sharp, precise and are unbreakable. This means that they can pierce even the toughest and thickest skin. Each cartridge needle and the pin is individually packaged. It has been medically sterilized pre-wrapping with EO Gas (Ethylene Oxide), so it is ready to be used as soon as you open it.
The cartridge has been designed with an anti-backflow design that prevents fluid from exiting the cartridge once you insert the ink or pigment. It also has a vented port and hole, for added fluid control, plus a fluid filter that prevents contamination.
Each pack of 5R disposable cartridge needles (.25) contains 15 separate cartridges. The entire box stands at just $86.90 per order. Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving the product, our customer service department will review the product to verify that the box has not been opened and that it is in good condition. Once the product has been validated, we will proceed with the refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Course Policies & Refunds
There is a NO Refund policy in place for courses, and kits. All purchases are final.
Course deposits are also non refundable, so please take this in consideration before any purchase.
In case of emergency and not being able to attend to your course's date you can reschedule for another city or available date.
