The Saline Solution serves as an optional second step after gently cleansing the eyebrows with the Bronsun Eyebrow Shampoo. This solution is a multi-functional cleansing and degreasing agent, perfect before tinting with dye or henna, lamination, long-term Brow Perm or reconstruction.
Eliminating oil, sebum, and additional moisture by degreasing the area enhances the ability of color pigments to adhere to the hair and skin. In addition, it promotes beautiful, uniform application and consistent colour pay off. This solution is suitable for all skin types especially dry and sensitive skin due to its gentle, alcohol free formula with non irritating ingredients.
The Saline Solution is a must-have product for providing the perfect base for your desired brow look. This simple to use, yet professional-grade solution is designed to nourish and protect hair follicles, leaving hair in lustrous condition and primed for gorgeous colour results.
Please note, for those with oily skin types, the Bronsun Eyebrow Primeris recommended as the second step for degreasing.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once communication has started, you will have to send the product back to our address.
Upon receiving the product, our customer service department will review the product to verify that the box has not been opened and that it is in good condition. Once the product has been validated, we will proceed with the refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Course deposits are also non refundable, so please take this in consideration before any purchase.
In case of emergency and not being able to attend to your course's date you can reschedule for another city or available date.
